We are pleased to announce the 4th edition of the course “Introduction to QuPath”, taking place from May 21 to 23, 2025. This nationwide course is organized by the Bioimaging Platform at GIMM in collaboration with the Portuguese Platform of BioImaging (PPBI).
The course will be held in person at GIMM – Oeiras (Protagoras Room), and locally at several PPBI Nodes across Portugal, including Porto, Coimbra, and Covilhã. This allows participants from across the country to join the training while connecting with the national bioimaging community.
This course provides a theoretical and practical introduction to QuPath, a free and open-source software for quantitative pathology and the analysis of large tile and stitched image datasets, such as those generated by slide scanners.
Whether you’re working in histopathology, digital pathology, or other areas of microscopy, this course will provide a solid foundation in using QuPath for your image analysis workflows.
