Bacterial Imaging Cluster (BIC)
The Bacterial Imaging Cluster (BIC) is a bio-imaging platform, providing advanced microscopy equipment mainly focused on imaging fixed and living bacterial organisms and their interaction with the host.
Our main expertise lies in bacterial imaging, but we support scientists from diverse scientific fields, ranging from classical cell biology to chemical biology, and biological models, from multicellular eukaryotic systems to viruses.
