The course Intro to BioImage Analysis with Python for Life Scientists – A Distributed In-Person Training Course offers a fantastic opportunity for those interested in using Python for image analysis and learning how Jupyter notebooks can streamline their workflows. Scheduled for October 7th-9th, 2024, this beginners’ course will take place in various locations, featuring a joint training program with common lectures and in-person hands-on support.
Participants can attend the course at several Euro-BioImaging Nodes, including the University of Gothenburg in Sweden (NMI Sweden Node), Institut Pasteur in Paris, France (France BioImaging Node), and Gulbenkian Institute of Molecular Medicine (GIMM) in Oeiras, Portugal (PPBI Node).
This initiative is organized by Rafael Camacho from CCI University of Gothenburg, Jean-Yves Tinevez from Institut Pasteur, and Gaby G. Martins from GIMM, with support from the Euro-BioImaging team as part of the eRImote project.
