The “From Workflows to ImageJ Macros” micro-workshop is the third seminar in a series organized by the UIC: Advanced Imaging Facility team in 2019. This workshop aims to teach new ImageJ/Fiji users how to create new macros or modify existing ones. Topics covered include an introduction to the command recorder, language syntax and text editor, applying macros in batch mode, creating variables and loops, using conditional statements and snippets, working with results tables, custom functions and dialog windows, as well as utilizing other plugins.
