This course is tailored for ImageJ/Fiji users looking to advance their skills in intermediate and advanced image analysis. It focuses on automating routine tasks for processing multiple images and handling complex analysis situations to enhance information extraction. Participants will learn to develop macros and scripts for batch processing, starting from simple macros to more complex workflows.

Course content includes batch analysis techniques, ImageJ macro language syntax, transitioning from GUI workflows to scripts, automatic data loading, and extracting information into customizable tables.
