The Tissue Clearing Online Workshop focuses on the technique of making opaque organs and tissues transparent to enable 3D visualization. A key challenge in tissue clearing is that each application requires its own protocol and optimization, which this workshop aims to address.

Over three days, participants will explore topics such as protocol optimization, light-sheet microscopy imaging, and 3D visualization and quantification. This workshop offers a chance to learn about tissue clearing protocols, interact with advanced light microscopy systems, and gain hands-on experience in image processing and analysis workflows, all guided by expert staff.
