The course aims to enhance the knowledge and technical skills of bioimage analysts to improve the quality of their analyses. Participants are expected to be proficient in at least one programming or scripting language and actively involved in bioimage analysis in their daily work. We plan to invite developers of various image analysis tools to explain how to access their APIs and guide participants in creating workflows using available resources.
