The Introduction to Digital Bioimage Analysis | 3rd Edition course offers a general introduction to ImageJ/Fiji, focusing on how to extract quantitative data from multidimensional images and develop simple macros. Participants will learn essential principles, techniques, and ethics of digital bioimage processing, as well as commands for handling various types of bioimages, including 2D, 3D, and time-lapse. Additionally, the course will cover image enhancement, numerical data extraction, and automation of workflows using ImageJ macros, along with advanced plugins for tasks like stitching and colocalization.

Due to the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic, if an on-site course is not feasible, an online version will be held from October 11th to 15th in the afternoons, maintaining the same program.
