The ImageJ/Fiji micro-Workshop “Introduction to Image Processing and Analysis using Fiji” is the second seminar in a series organized by the UIC: Advanced Imaging Facility team in 2019 for users looking to learn the fundamentals of image processing and analysis. This workshop covered the basics of the ImageJ/Fiji interface and its usage, image filtering and enhancement, creating and processing image masks, working with pixels and objects, exploring techniques for analysis and feature extraction, and provided a brief introduction to the ImageJ macro language.
