This is the first seminar in a series organized by the UIC: Advanced Imaging team in 2018, designed for new users eager to learn the fundamentals of image analysis and processing. The seminar will cover the basics of the ImageJ/Fiji interface and its usage, including image filtering and enhancement, creating and processing image masks, working with pixels and objects, and exploring various techniques for analysis and feature extraction.
