The High Throughput Screening and Image Analysis for BioSciences, 6th edition course is designed to equip participants with essential skills in experimental design, image acquisition, and data analysis for high-throughput (HT) experiments. Given the increasing generation of large datasets, particularly image-based data in the biosciences, these skills are critical. Lectures will be delivered by experts in the field, and participants will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology for HT experimentation, as well as open-source software for image and data analysis.

The course format includes both lectures and theoretical-practical classes, alongside optional lab sessions where attendees can work with automated liquid handling equipment, plate readers, and high-content (HC) imagers. Due to the limited number of participants, there will be ample opportunities for interaction with specialists in high-throughput screening (HTS) and high-content screening (HCS), enhancing the learning experience.
