Participants must submit a mini-project and are encouraged to bring their own samples, as we provide a fully equipped wet lab for maintaining embryos. Students will learn imaging techniques such as confocal, two-photon, light-sheet, and optical tomography, along with 3D image analysis using various software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hosted by the Advanced Imaging Facility at the Instituto Gulbenkian de Ci\u00eancias in Oeiras, Portugal, this intense yet informal course features guest speakers and commercial partners. We are looking for 16 motivated students; the registration fee includes meals, course materials, hotel, and local transport, thanks to EMBO and our partners.
